Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al-Sharkia Governorate, made an inspection tour in the streets of the city of Hahia to follow up on the evening shift for cleaning work and ensure that garbage accumulations are removed from the main streets and squares to create an environmental and healthy atmosphere for the citizens. The governor began his tour by inspecting Mustafa Kamel and Court Streets and their branches, after completing their paving and raising their efficiency with a length of 1,850 m and a cost of 2 million and 900.000 pounds, in line with the development and beautification plan witnessed in the city’s streets, stressing that the governorate is moving at an accelerated pace to restore the aesthetic and cultural aspect of its streets and improve the level of services provided to citizens . Al-Sharkia Governor was also keen to inspect the old National Bank Street, starting from the hospital crossing reaching Mustafa Kamel Street, as well as Omar Bin Al-Khattab Street and behind Sidnawi, after their development was completed by installing interlock tiles on a flat area of 11.000 m2, at a cost of 3 million and 800.000 pounds, to restore the aesthetic and cultural aspect and provide the best services to their residents The governor assigned the head of the center and city of Hehia to continue intensifying cleaning campaigns and removing occupancy from the main streets and squares, while carrying out periodic maintenance work on lighting poles in order to preserve the lives of citizens, as well as moving random markets that cause disruption to traffic to other alternative places that take into account the requirements of safety, occupational health, and industrial security for prevention of any disasters to preserve lives and property.
