Title:Al Sharkia Governor chairs the executive council meeting and congratulates the Council members on Eid Al-Fitr

Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, chaired the Executive Council meeting, to discuss a number of important files and topics that are of benefit to citizens, in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Abdel Moati, Eng. Lubna Abdel Aziz Naabi, Eng. Muhammad Al Safi, Secretary General of the Governorate, and Eng. Sami Mujil, Assistant Secretary General for the governorate, Major General Al-Saeed Abdel Muti, the governor’s advisor for projects, Brigadier General Zakaria Saad, director of the Facilities Police Department, Colonel Mohsen Al-Qalsh, director of the Supply Investigation Department, representatives of the Traffic and Civil Protection departments, the military advisor’s office, directors of service directorates and agencies, heads of centers, cities, and neighborhoods, and directors of specific departments. In the meeting room of the General Office. Al Sharkia Governor stressed the need to be well prepared to receive the blessed Eid al-Fitr by intensifying cleaning campaigns and removing occupancy from streets and public squares and around mosques and squares designated for prayer, gardens and public parks to provide the appropriate atmosphere for citizens to spend the Eid holiday, as well as providing the necessary places and outlets to display and sell clothes and supplies at reasonable prices for citizens. The governor issued strict instructions to the heads of centers, cities, and neighborhoods, in coordination with the supply, health, and veterinary directorates, to intensify ration and monitoring campaigns on markets, stores, and shops selling meat, to tighten control and oversight, and to ensure the suitability of the meat on offer, out of concern for the public health of citizens, and continuous monitoring of gas stations within the governorate department, as well as bakeries, whereas it will operate at full capacity during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday. The governor also stressed on the heads of centers, cities and neighborhoods, in coordination with the Directorate of Agriculture, must firmly confront the phenomenon of encroachment on agricultural lands and state-owned lands and work to eliminate the violation in the cradle before it escalates and becomes concrete blocks that are difficult to deal with, in addition to raise the level of preparedness of the drinking water and sanitation facilities to confront any unexpected events during the Eid holiday.
