Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Al Sharkia Governor, emphasized the vital and important role of the Center for Training and Human Resources Development and its efforts to spread the culture of training and continuous development to reach an efficient administrative apparatus, and to design and implement training programs according to an assessment of the training needs of service seekers and prepare qualified leadership cadres to work effectively, as well as graduate trainers in accordance with international standards to contribute to improving the performance level of employees in the administrative apparatus and provide the best services to citizens. For his part, Mr. Mamdouh Al-Sharqawi, Director of the Center explained that the center trains young men and women in all computer programs, specialized programs (graphic engineering and design - programming) and provides courses (human development- human resources- stock exchange banks- international arbitration), pointing out that during February, the center implemented 10 training courses for 448 trainees It is noteworthy that the center includes an elite group of specialized trainers with competence and experience, and it receives students and university employees and all segments of society to prepare and train them on courses appropriate to their specializations. The center is also considered one of the largest government educational institutions in the field of computers, and the trainee receives a certificate stamped with the logo of the Republic at the end of each program.
