Title:Al-Sharkia Executive reviews the position of spatial variables system, state property, announcements, and reconciliation of building violations and technological centers

Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, confirmed that the governorate is moving at an accelerated pace towards completing all important presidential files and is paying attention to the files of legalizing state-owned lands and reconciling building violations. It is also imposing its control by removing violating advertisements, dealing with spatial variables and responding daily to them, and addressing building violations on agricultural or land or Illegal construction within the urban space.

During the meeting, engineer Shaima Salah, Director of the Spatial Variables Unit, reviewed the position of the spatial variables system in the governorate.

Brigadier General Mahmoud Metwally, Director of the General Property Administration, also reviewed the position of property management in the General Diwan.

The meeting touched on Ms. Azza Metwally, Director of the Advertising Department, presenting her advertising position during the month of January

Engineer Amira Obaid, supervisor of the technological centers in the governorate, also reviewed the position of the technological centers

Engineer Noha Al-Azzazi, Director General of the Engineering Department, reviewed the reconciliation position in building violations

The governor stressed on the heads of centers, cities, and neighborhoods to activate the role of the revenue departments in each center, city, and district and to fully commit to collecting all the state’s dues and arrears. He directed the Director of the Service Fund Department to quickly collect all dues with the utmost precision in order to maximize the governorate’s revenues and improve the level of services provided to citizens.
