Dr. Mamdouh Ghorab, Governor of Al-Sharkia, clarified the continuation of implementing the second phase of the 22nd wave to remove the illegal encroachments on the agricultural lands and state property within the governorate, according to the instructions of President of the Republic to preserve the state property, remove encroachments on it and impose the state’s prestige on its lands.
The governor indicated that the executive agencies, in coordination with the security agencies, continue to implement their daily campaigns to remove the violating encroachments within the work of the 22nd wave, as these campaigns resulted the removal of 16 cases of encroachment with an area of 2,540 square meters of buildings, 8 cases of encroachment with an area of 12 acres and 6 karats on agricultural lands within the scope of the governorate.
The Governor confirmed that the governorate and all its agencies will spare no effort in applying the law on the offenders on the agricultural lands and state property, facing any attempt of random building without a license , imposing the prestige of the state and taking all the legal procedures to prevent the encroachments from returning again after being removed.
